Disclosure ex. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016
Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to inform you that according to the regulation indicated (art. 13 EU Regulation no. 679/2016), your Personal Data (name, surname, email address, telephone number, fax, payment data, etc.) will be processed with the following methods and purposes:
1. Subject of the processing
The Owner shall process the personal identification information (for example, name, surname, company name, email address, telephone number, fax, bank and payment details, etc.) communicated by you on the occasion of the conclusion of the service contract provided by the same Owner and/or through the specific forms present at www.senserini.it
2. Purpose of processing
We inform you that the data collected will be used to:
A. Without your expressed consent:
1. to conclude the contracts for the purchase of products provided by the Owner;
2. to fulfil pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from the existing business relationship with you;
3. to fulfil the obligations set out by law, by a Regulation, Community Legislation or by order of an Authority (for example, anti-money laundering rules);
4. to exercise the rights of the Owner (for example, the right to defence in a trial);
5. for administrative/accounting purposes linked to the fulfilment of taxation or accounting obligations).
B. Only with your specific and expressed consent for the following purposes:
1. to fulfil your request for contact and/or information through the personal information provided in the form;
2. to send you newsletters to update you on our latest activities, to promote our services and to publicise the events that we organise. It is always possible to cancel your data from our mailing list through the procedure indicated at the bottom of the communication received in the newsletter.
3. Purpose of the profiling: only with your expressed consent, your personal data (collected for the purposes listed above in points 1 and 2) shall be processed for the purpose of profiling, in particular for the creation of specific commercial profiles and for the analysis of preferences also through the cross-checking of the personal data with other information collected through profiling cookies, for the purpose of sending you commercial communications and/or promoting initiatives and events of specific interest to the users.
The legal basis for the processing of the data is the execution of the contract of which you are part and/or the consent provided by you for the processing itself.
The personal data held by “Senserini su misura di Federico Senserini” shall be collected from the clients and/or users.
In any case, all data is processed in compliance with the aforementioned regulation and the obligation of privacy, and the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency.
3. Nature of the provision of the data and consequences of refusal to respond:
The provision of the data for the purposes set out in art. 2.A is obligatory; if data is not provided, we cannot guarantee the services referred to in art. 2.A.
Provision of the data for the purposes set out in art. 2.B is optional, and the user may decide not to provide any data or deny the possibility of processing data already provided: in such case, the client may no longer be contacted.
4. Processing methods:
The processing of your personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in art. 4 no. 2 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 and specifically: collection, registration, organisation, preservation, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, cancellation and distribution of said data.
Your data is subjected to paper, electronic and automated processing, in compliance with an internal procedure and with technical measures able to guarantee its security, integrity and privacy.
The personal data shall be preserved for a period of time not greater than necessary to fulfil the listed purposes, and in any case, not more than 10 years following the end of the relationship.
5. Subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated:
Your data is subjected to paper, electronic and automated processing, in compliance with an internal procedure and with technical measures able to guarantee its security, integrity and privacy.
1. Company personnel and/or external parties and/or system administrators responsible for the processing and management of the actions relating to the existing contract: personnel have been duly instructed in the security of personal data and the protection of privacy.
2. To third party companies or other subjects (for example: Professional studios, Consultants, Banking Institutions, etc.) for the fulfilment of obligations connected to the service/purchase requested by and provided to you.
In any event, it is prohibited to communicate or disseminate your personal data to persons not necessary for the performance of the services you require.
The updated list of any Data Processing Managers is held at the legal headquarters of the Owner of the processing.
6. Rights of data subjects
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
a) access your personal data;
b) ask for rectification and erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of your data;
c) object to the processing of your personal data;
d) ask for data portability;
e) withdraw consent, where provided, although withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to withdrawal;
f) submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.

8. Procedure for exercising of rights:
Exercise of your rights may take place at any time by sending a request to the following email address: info@senserini.it
We will respond to your requests within 30 days. However, it may take longer to complete. In any case, we will make sure that we communicate these details by email. All information you provide to us in your request will only be used to satisfy your request and will be deleted within 12 months.
